To view the demo properly you must use Internet Explorer. Then you will have to load the ActiveX Controls. It will automatically prompt you to run it a few seconds after the page loads. Simply click "Run" or "Install"  and when it is loaded the DVR interface login screen will appear.  Be patient as this may take a minute or two.

Use the following settings:
ID:  guest
Password:  1234
Network Type:  512K  (choose from the dropdown menu)

If no video appears and you are not prompted to install an ActiveX control, you either are not using Internet Explorer, or if you are you'll need to go to Tools / Internet Options / Security / Advanced or Custom Level and temporarily set all of the ActiveX control to "ENABLE or PROMPT". After the installation is complete (30 seconds or so) you can then return them to their original settings.

You only have to load the codecs one time (the initial install) per computer.
