Parking Lot Control Systems • Gates • Arms • Bollards • Barriers

Risk Control's range of parking lot control systems are designed for stand alone use or along-side our Access Control systems. Our trained system engineers can survey your site and recommend the best way to control vehicle access to and from your site.

You have your choice of raised arm gates, sliding gates, raising gates, bollards or concrete or steel barriers.

When used in a parking control application, a high speed barrier gate is equipped with an automatic control logic and vehicle loop detectors. A standard feature on all of our gates is an electronic reversing logic to cause the gate arm to reopen should it strike an object during descent. This prevents damage to vehicles and personnel.

Barrier Functionality

Each barrier frame is made from tough galvanized steel. A motor raises the lightweight rectangular boom (various lengths and materials as required). It has a manual override allowing users the ability to raise or lower if required.

Sensor's or underground induction loops can detect that a vehicle has passed through to lower the barrier safely, the barrier can be raised for both entry/exit by:

Push Button
Numbered Key-Pad
Telephone/Video Entry
Proximity or Swipe Card

RF Sensor
Parking Card
Automatic Sensor
or Coins

Risk Control's Parking Lot Control Features:

Schedule Parking Availability:
With Risk Control you can allow certain staff 24hr, 7 days a week access while restricting others to just  their working hours. For example you may wish to restrict access for cleaning contractors to evenings only or weekend staff to just weekends.

Parking Lot Tracking
You can track those employees who may use your Parking Lot when shopping at the weekend or monitor ex-employees who try to gain entry. Using a card the employee can have his/her access rights changed or removed, using a pin-number keypad has allowed access to anyone who knows the number.

Visitors/Contractors Spaces
With Risk Control you can monitor how many visitors or contractor vehicles you have on site. You can also designate a numbered parking bay for the visitor/contractor to park in.
