If you require the
RCDVR software CD (includes utilities, drivers, client software, DVR
software, manuals, etc.) that was originally included with your DVR
they are available for $15.00 + $2.95 S&H. Please contact
us.
To download the DVR
file, simply left click on the link. On some systems you must right click on the
link and "Save Target As". Be sure to take note of where you
are saving the file so you can locate it.

11.10.0 DVR Software - Click
Here (upgrades all
previous versions). You will need WinZip or another Zip utility to
"unzip" the file.
Next you must go to
your Control Panel, then Add/Remove Programs and remove the existing
DVR system folder. Then restart your computer.
Next unzip the file you just
downloaded that is labeled v11.10.0, and double click the
Setup file. When prompted enter what you want to be your unique
Username and Password. Be sure to write it down and/or remember what
it is as we will require it to service your DVR in the future. You
then must restart your computer once more.
This way it retains all of the video
you have stored.
You will need to go
into DVR Settings and set up the cameras frame rate (fps) for each
camera at 3fps, and then set all cameras to record on Motion,
then click Apply / Save and Close. If you require assistance
